Authorized access. By signing in to the zClientOS Client Portal, you confirm that you are authorized to access the account and the Client information made available to you. Use the Portal only for legitimate work on behalf of the organization that authorized your access.
Confidentiality. Treat nonpublic Client information and ZIONKOR materials as confidential. Do not disclose, copy, or distribute them except as authorized for your work or required by law. Access does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond those provided in applicable agreements.
Account security. Keep your credentials private, do not share your account, and use appropriate safeguards on your devices. Report suspected unauthorized access to your ZIONKOR representative promptly. Sign out when using a shared device.
Acceptable use. Do not attempt to access another Client’s information without permission, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the Portal. ZIONKOR may restrict or suspend access to protect the Portal or respond to unauthorized use.
Security records. Account, sign-in, access-management, and administrative activity may be logged for security and operational purposes. These records may include account identifiers, timestamps, IP addresses, and browser information.
Existing agreements. Portal content supports your organization’s work and does not amend a signed agreement or create a guarantee of results. Applicable signed agreements and legal rights remain in effect. If these Portal-use terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
